This is a 800-900gm pack of lamb tenderloin which is typically pan fried and has little to no fat on it.
This item is chilled and has not been previously frozen. It is OK to keep chilled for approx. 2-3 days then freeze for up to 6 months.
Our lamb is free to roam and graze on natural native pastures that have not been altered through cropping, chemicals or fertilisers.
All of our lamb is hormone and antibiotic free and is flow in fresh each week from South Australia.
