Farmer's Market was established in Hong Kong in 2016 and opened in Singapore in 2019 with the aim to bring restaurant quality products to the retail market at an affordable price.
Australian businesswomen Emma Pike established the company to provide exceptional meat products and fine foods to Hong Kong and Singapore families. Products include fresh Australian beef, lamb, pork, salmon, fish, duck, chicken, sausages and more.
As a mother, Emma has a passion to provide top quality and delicious food to Hong Kong and Singapore families at an affordable price.
Emma grew up in Sydney Australia and moved to Hong Kong in 2006. She has two children and has been an entrepreneur since the age of 15. She and her family relocated to Singapore in late 2017 and she's delighted to expand Farmer's Market to Singapore.
Over time, Emma noticed a deterioration of the quality of meat in Hong Kong and Singapore along with an increase in prices. She has established supply of beef, pork, lamb, poultry and seafood from leading suppliers in Australia and Europe, with a keen focus on providing hormone and antibiotic free, sustainably raised products at a reasonable price.
Launching Farmer's Market, to supply restaurant quality meat and fish to families has been an exciting venture. Emma hopes to not only supply the highest quality products but also to educate customers on the different qualities of meat and why traceability is so important.
Emma also hopes that Farmer's Market will one day become Asia's leading online butcher.
