This item is chilled and has not been previously frozen. It is OK to keep chilled for approx. 2-3 days then freeze for up to 6 months.
This Tenderloin is from New Zealand and is naturally farmed meaning the cows are roaming free across the paddocks eating 100% grass all year round and have not been given any growth hormones or antibiotics to increase their size.
