This is a pack of 1 x 250gm piece of Chilled Wagyu Rib Eye which is probably best thinly sliced and eaten in Asian dishes like 'Shyabu-Shyabu' or 'Hot Pot'.
It has a Marble Scoring of 6 which is a medium to high level of fat.
This item is chilled and has not been previously frozen. It is OK to keep chilled for approx. 2-3 days then freeze for up to 6 months.
