This item is chilled and has not been previously frozen. It is OK to keep chilled for approx. 2-3 days then freeze for up to 6 months.
All our beef is from Australia and NZ and is naturally farmed meaning the cows are roaming free across the paddocks eating 100% grass all year round and have not been given any growth hormones or antibiotics to increase their size.
We source all of our beef from Australia and New Zealand and only source 100% grass fed, hormone free and antibiotic free, restaurant quality beef.
