This is an approximately 1.8-2kg vacuum packed piece of chilled premium tenderloin, which can be sliced in to approximately 10 steaks, diced, cooked as a beef wellington and more.
This item is chilled and has not been previously frozen. It is OK to keep chilled for approx. 2-3 days then freeze for up to 6 months.
All our beef is from Australia and is naturally farmed meaning the cows are roaming free across the paddocks eating 100% grass all year round and have not been given any growth hormones or antibiotics to increase their size.
